Apex Contracting, LLC is a full service residential and commercial contracting company located in Owings Mills, Maryland. We have served the Baltimore, MD and Washington DC areas for more than 3 years, quickly building a reputation for providing our customers with the highest quality construction services available and the personalized service they deserve. Apex Contracting, LLC is licensed and bonded for commercial construction in the state of Maryland and is licensed by the Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC#95251) for residential construction. We currently serve the following counties:

Erik Barvir - Owner
Erik Barvir is the head contractor for Apex Contracting, LLC. Born and raised in Maryland, Mr. Barvir has worked in the residential and construction field for more than 15 years. Trained as an electrician and plumber in the US Coast Guard, Mr. Barvir served as the Project Manager and Costing Manager for Ryan Homes for 8 years, learning how to fairly cost construction projects which has helped him build his reputation as an authority on residential and commercial construction.
